Good carrier, app needs work
I purchased the Carifit Baby Carrier and a 6-month App Subscription last month. The carrier arrived in 5 days to Kansas and felt really sturdy, much like an Ergobaby I had before. My baby was comfortable in it, and it felt supportive for my back during walks. The app, though, was a bit buggy at first; some videos wouldn't load on my phone. Customer service was helpful after I contacted them, and it mostly works now, but it was a slight hassle.
